This page describes the Urban Flower Google Ads reporting app, the application that appears as "Urban Flower" when it asks for access to a Google account.
Urban Flower is a family florist in Sydney, delivering fresh flowers, plants and gifts across Sydney since 1902.
The app is an internal tool. It connects to Urban Flower’s own Google Ads accounts through the Google Ads API, so we can see which searches, products and pages bring in customers and manage our advertising budget more sensibly. It reads:
It can also make changes to Urban Flower’s own campaigns, such as adding negative keywords, pausing or enabling campaigns, ads or keywords, adjusting budgets and correcting ad text. Every change is previewed first and only applied when a member of Urban Flower staff approves it, and each change is logged so it can be reversed.
Urban Flower staff only. It is not a public product, there is nothing to sign up for, and customers never sign in to it. It only ever connects to Google Ads accounts that Urban Flower owns and manages.
The app does not access customers’ Google accounts or any Google service other than Google Ads for our own accounts. If we share customer lists with Google Ads, email addresses and phone numbers are hashed before they leave our systems. How we handle this data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
