When you need flowers asap, Urban Flower doesn’t disappoint! Talk about a life saver! You get great value for money and their flowers are fresh and well arranged. It’s definitely what is shown on the images. I was a bit skeptical about the delivery but they definitely arrived just in time! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Beautiful website, beautiful products, same day delivery and they sent me a picture of the bouquet by text prior to going out for delivery! Very reasonably priced for what you get! Will only use urban flower in Sydney going forward

From ordering, to delivery, I was keep updated at every stage. I have utilised different florist previously however I have never had such superb service from a florist previously. Service was exceptional, receiving a photo of the bouquet when it was created and then being notified that the flowers had been delivered was service that I had not received before and is definitely a reflection of their commitment and care for their customers. I will be utilising Urban Flower for all my future floral gifts.

The website was well laid out and the photos accurate. Ordering and delivery process went without a hitch. I rang to confirm and was heartened by the cheery response.
