I rang them due to the address being difficult, they were so friendly and helpful to me, I felt reassured. They sent me a photo of what the delivery was - this was so appreciated and the first time I`ve had that done. During delivery, they rang me to say they couldn`t get into the building and gave me time to arrange for someone to let them in. I would definitely use Urban Flower again.

Am pretty sure they could have gone to a few farms considering they charge $12 per stem.
