I received a picture of my order (attached) before it was sent (to a work colleague) which was so nice and made the process feel really personal. The delivery driver also phoned me to let me know the address I had given was incorrect (most delivery drivers would just leave it there anyway) and then I believe the owner and her partner personally delivered it to the correct address in Moss Vale the next day! I have never received such personal, polite and professional service from an online flower store! I will definitely be using Urban Flowers again.
