This was excellent service also delivery was on time which was great! The order looked exactly the same as the pic on website- another great thing about this organisation! I was advised by SMS and email when the flowers were being prepared and when they were delivered, even receiving a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered. The recipient was over the moon with the arrangement, saying they had never received anything so beautiful. I would highly recommend Urban Flowers.

This is a very positive response - firstly, I live at out of the Castle Hill area and am not very familiar with the Castle Hill shopping area so I Googled florists in Castle Hill and I liked your website which states you are in Castle Hill and have been so for many years. Plus your website has good photo coverage and prices of your flowers for various occasions. When I phoned I spoke with Shannon who was totally professional, helpful and advised me on my choice keeping in mind the quality and price of the flowers - I had already gone through your website for flowers for a Sympathy Occasion and liked the " Murray " arrangement.The booking process with Shannon was completed with no problems and we arranged for delivery on the next day to the family home which is what we wanted.I did not attend the funeral which was yesterday ( Wednesday ) or the home afterwards however one of my daughters was in attendance and she spoke with me this morning - she told me not only was the display you delivered very beautiful but also " the lady who delivered the flowers was lovely, she walked in past the dog ( I didn`t know there was a dog or I would have mentioned that to Shannon) with no problems. " On top of all that the sister of the lady who passed away told my daughter those flowers were her sister`s favourites.The other thing I need to mention is you have great communications, sent me a photo of the arrangement once it was made up and ready for delivery, emailed me when they were delivered, emailed my invoice etc and I think the flowers were great value for money.So thank you Carli to you and your staff for exceptional service.Kind RegardsBrent Thomas28.9.23
