The company also e-mailed me to let me know that the flowers had been delivered and I thought that that was a good plus for them.
I`d omitted a family member`s name for the card and messaged and it was added and I was informed that it was done. The special delivery instructions were followed which was great. And, most importantly, the gift recipient loved her birthday flowers! She even sent me a photo of them 9 days later still looking great. I`ve ordered from Urban Flower before and have always been very happy with the excellent service and quality.
