As always, the flowers were stunning however the delivery was not ideal. Confirmation text that order was ready for delivery was around 11.4...As always, the flowers were stunning however the delivery was not ideal. Confirmation text that order was ready for delivery was around 11.45am. However disappointingly the delivery didn`t arrive until around 8pm and reception at the hospital had finished so I had to come down and collect myself after I`d just had surgery. I understand the busy time obviously but it should have arrived in time for reception as they do the deliveries to the wards. Just a bit frustrating. Thanks
