I absolutely love that they send a photo of the arrangements before dispatch. The expectation versus reality is spot on, no nasty surprises! I had a last-minute order on a Saturday morning and they delivered a stunning arrangement to Campbelltown on the same day. I can’t rate them highly enough. I’ve stopped using any other provider and Urban Flower is now my first go too!
