The flowers were lovely and the service and phone ordering experience excellent. My mother who was the recipient loved the bouquet and thought they were gorgeous. However, while the order was for a dozen yellow roses, there were only 11 in the bouquet. This was probably an error but I expect some recompense (perhaps for the missing flower).
