The only problem with my last delivery is that the flowers were left at the Covid entrance of the hospital, and not the main reception. As I wasn`t at work I had to ask a colleague to find them as she stated main reception had not had a delivery. (Perhaps someone else at reception received them and did not pass on the flowers??) They were found nearby on the Covid entrance table. If I hadn`t have rung to check they may not have been delivered in time for the receivers last day of work. Otherwise, always happy with your service. Thank you.
