I included the hot chocolate with the flowers I sent a new mum. It was nice to be able to gift her something that made her feel good, inside and out. PS I loved the update including pictures of the gifts to be delivered and confirmation when they had been delivered.

I usually worry that itll come late or knowing my luck something would happen & i can honestly say from the bottom of my heart from the moment i started placing the order i just felt confident about everything going right. Everything was explained in detail on the website & i just felt assured receiving confirmation & that if there was anything i needed to let them know with i could reach out. I let it all go & received a photo before they started delivering and it was beautiful. Everything ran so smoothly i didn`t stress at all & i didnt feel the need to reach out. Thanks Urban Flower! The lady on the phone was more than competent and although I phoned on a weekday at approximately 5.00 pm, my order was delivered the next day at about mid day. The recipient was very happy with her floral delivery which was based on the advice from the lady over the phone. So, many thanks to Urban Florists, and I most certainly will recommend you to any one without any hesitation in the future.
