Being a Sunday there was no one working at the cemetery and the courier didn’t want to take the time to find it. I was so upset as I wanted to do something meaningful and special for my husband. I called the office and the boss and another staff member personally delivered the flowers for me after business hours. It was dark and cold and they even sent me a photo! The level of customer service was absolutely outstanding but moreso how caring and thoughtful each of the staff members were really touched my heart. I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Urban Flower in Sydney. They are a remarkable team that are not only beautiful souls but masters of their craft. Thank you to everyone who made it possible for this to happen. My husband was blown away and he couldn’t stop crying. You made it all possible and I am forever grateful. Anjel 🙏🏽🥰
