I needed to verify the address because the confirmation showed a different location, but the response to my inquiry was very quick and I received a delivery notification as soon as the flowers were delivered. This is the second time I have used Urban Flowers as I live in California and I like using local services for flower delivery to my friend in Sydney. The flowers arrived as described on the website and my friend was very happy with the order.
