I ordered flowers to go to St Vincents cancer ward, which were delivered promptly. Unfortunately I did not know that flowers were not allowed on the cancer ward, until David rang me explaining the situation. He kindly took a photo of the bouquet so I could send to my sister in law, and to my surprise Urban Flowers sent me a refund, Something I did not expect. Many thanks Urban Flowers :)
