Urban flowers, first time using them, and my first time using them, I have previously used two particular florist I wasn’t happy with but ke...Urban flowers, first time using them, and my first time using them, I have previously used two particular florist I wasn’t happy with but kept using them for convenience, I decided to use Urban flowers this time because I loved their bouquets although pricey than the previous florists I was using, but Urban went above and beyond for my flowers to get delivered to an I’ll friend in ICU, their level of customer service was not only amazing but very comforting to know this type of customer service still exits as it is very hard to come by, they even sent me a picture of the flowers, URBAN flowers you have won me over I was so impressed and relieved I finally found a florists that catered to all my needs especially the anxiety of wondering if what I ordered matches the actual product delivered.Thank you to all the kind and wonderful ladies he went out of their way to ensure my flowers could get to my friend who was in hospital.
