When I queried this I received a prompt reply from Carli explaining the possible reason for this request being overlooked was due to staff shortages as a result of covid isolations for some of their regular staff.The product I ordered was in fact a live plant which Urban Flower have offered to replace if there is a future problem, can`t ask for more than that.
