I did also request for some gold colour accents to be incorporated, however, this did not translate when i received my order. On the day for delivery, there was no correspondence from Urban Flower to advise an ETA on delivery, which can be annoying as you feel as though you are kept in the dark about when your order might arrive.

In the instructions, I asked that the wreath be delivered at 0830 for a 10 o`clock service and left my contact details to Contact me if there was any issue. I was contacted The night before to be told they would not deliver at this time. The caller advised I could pay for an uber to drop it to the church and that maybe it was better if they cancelled the order. Please note: this is a wreath for a funeral the next day! If they had called me earlier, I would have organised the wreath from another business and delivered it to the house. The flowers were delivered on time but caused a deep level of anxiety for my family. Shocking phone manner and customer service. I have told my extended fami.y not to use this business in Castle Hill.
