Ordered them a week prior, and had to chase them up on the day with an approximate delivery time. I ordered the Elsa bouquet $274. On the website it shows three of the arrangements in different sizes all in vases. When mine arrived it arrived with no vase. Contacted the store to find out why and I was notified they had none in stock. Would have been nice if they notified me on the day of the order or delivery that this may be/or was the case. Staff member offered a larger / taller vase for delivery the next day in an email without the mentioning of pricing, I said yes and then she followed up with an email saying that they usually sell for $40 but she`s willing to do it for $20. I dont care for the $20 but when you spend almost $300 on flowers when that`s half your fortnightly income, you don`t expect a salesperson to charge you extra for a vase just because they`re out of stock. I`ve been buying flowers occasionally for a number of years from this florist. Customer service has gone down hill. I get that lockdowns stressful for businesses, but informing a customer your out of stock costs nothing, and sparing a $20 vase would`ve hardly put a dent in this businesses pocket. Managed to find a large enough vase a short while after , so these flowers didn`t have to live in the sink as pictured
