The customer service - from ordering the flowers over the phone, it was great to get a warm and caring person help explain how the bouquet is arranged. Then upon a swift delivery getting the driver kindly call you to make sure you are home and that the flowers were delivered as instructed is truly fantastic. The bouquet in itself was amazing. It was a gift to my grandmother and I was astonished at how beautiful and lush it was. The arrangement and vibrancy of the flowers were breathtaking. It has truly made lock down that little bit easier as she can sit and appreciate it. Thank you Urban Flowers!
