With no fuss or hassle at all they upgraded to a large monstera, made a few necessary changes to the original card, and had the plant delivered soon after. I had an email inquiry regarding the drop off after hours on the Saturday evening, and even though it was a Saturday evening out of hours a member of the team called me back immediately to verify the details of where the plant had been delivered. It was superbly wrapped and presented. Couldn’t fault the business in any way.
