This is not the florist fault as they cannot know whether the flowers are going to open or not. As I did not purchase the flowers I was issued with a $50 voucher seeing the flowers were sent to me . I did not want to tell the person who sent me the flower as I did not want to disappoint her. Urban florist could have just shrugged their shoulders and not help at all. Their customer service is good

I ordered a "Florist`s Choice" bunch of flowers for my daughter in Sydney. I placed the order around 9am and they were delivered by 11.00am....I ordered a "Florist`s Choice" bunch of flowers for my daughter in Sydney. I placed the order around 9am and they were delivered by 11.00am. We sent them to bring a little cheer to our daughter after the extension of the lockdown. They brought so much joy to her and they are still going strong a week later. The bouquet was huge and so beautifully arranged. Lots of buds included so she could enjoy a new look each time a flower bloomed. Will definitely use Urban Flowers again. Many thanks for bringing some joy during a challenging time. Enabled us to show our daughter some love from a distance.
