When I ordered a disclaimer came up saying that wherever possible the flowers ordered would be used but when the flowers weren`t in season then others might be substituted. My sister sent me a picture of the really beautiful bouquet which included orchids, lollies and hyacinths. They were easy to order and arrived earlier than I expected.. I will use their services again.

The delivery into St Vincents was rejected, again due to covid. I was so upset and spoke with Shannon through my tears about my options, she was so kind and understanding and said they will take the flowers back, and put my order on hold until the hospital is receiving deliveries again, so I wouldn’t be out of pocket. More then the money side of things Shannon was so compassionate and listened to me blubber and could relate as she too had a loved one in hospital.
