Had to change delivery date twice due to my sister needing to stay in ICU longer and then changed delivery address to hotel her husband was staying at so he could take the flowers to her when she was out of ICU. Each time I called the team were amazing and so understanding. Nothing was a problem. On the day of delivery they called to let me know the markets did not have one of the flowers in the arrangement.
