The flowers are extremely fresh, have a designer feel to the way they are presented and have a genuine wow factor. They rival some of the best florists who operate from the east but who don’t deliver to other parts of Sydney, or if they do the delivery fees are astronomical! I will always use Urban Flower and you should too. You will not be disappointed and they come highly recommended.

When I spoke with urban flower they explained that they outsourced a delivery driver who was not their usual company driver. On the day of Mother’s Day my poor MIL waited for her flowers, there was no knock on the front door, no usual text to say they had been dropped off and no photo taken as proof of drop off at the front door of the flowers supposedly being dropped off. I was quite disappointed especially because we paid the extra $39.95 for guaranteed delivery at 11am. How could their usual delivery process of texting and photo taking fail on a day like Mother’s Day and why would the delivery driver not knock at the front door ? Very disappointing as being interstate I really did my research prior to ordering the flowers and this company usually (from reviews and their social media) does a great job. We did have Gullianna follow up with us 48hours later and offer a refund after I called on Mother’s Day and on the Monday post Mother’s Day to find out what had happened. My exiting comment would be Don’t trust all social media companies with big followings.
