Flowers were not delivered on the day as promised and no communication was given to me to let me know. I had to call and ask them if the flowers were delivered. Not very professional. They still couldn’t manage to deliver the flowers at the correct address which left me no choice to get them delivered to myself. I would’ve just went to a normal florist and dropped them to the person if i had the time but I obviously didn’t that’s why I picked delivery. They compensated with a box of chocolates which I don’t think is good enough. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Although, the delivery driver was exceptional and worked hard to ensure the unusual circumstances were overcome allowing the flowers to still be delivered. Overall, very happy and satisfied with the experience.
