The delivery was going to a school but when I hadn`t heard from the recipient (my mum) by 3.30pm I decided to call and discovered that the d...The delivery was going to a school but when I hadn`t heard from the recipient (my mum) by 3.30pm I decided to call and discovered that the delivery was delayed and asked whether my mum would wait around another 10 or so mins for the delivery man. Since it was a school, it was too late by then as there was no one available to accept it. The team kindly redirected the package to my mother`s home instead which arrived not too long after. I appreciated that service however I have no idea what would have happened to the package if I did not take the initiative to call and find out where it was. I wanted my mum to be able to share the items with her colleagues at the school on her birthday so I`m disappointed that couldn`t happen.
