I used them to send birthday gifts to two friends in Waverton. I have not seen the gifts that were delivered but the recipients have reported that they were absolutely lovely. I’m sure I’ll receive photos from them. One of the gifts was missing a small part (a basket) and when I contacted Urban Flower to follow up on the missing gift they responded to my email within about 15 minutes, despite the fact that it was after trading hours. Not only was I offered an immediate refund or a replacement (no questions asked), Urban Flower then got in touch with the courier responsible for the original delivery and ascertained that the missing basket had been inadvertently left in the courier van. The basket was delivered the following day (a Sunday) when home deliveries are not normally available. Thank you Carli from Urban Flower and thank you courier driver. In this day and age of minimal customer service it was an absolute delight to deal with an organisation totally focussed on customer satisfaction. Not only was I blown away by the service but the recipients of the birthday flowers, plants and gifts from Urban Flower were thrilled with their goodies. I will not hesitate to use Urban Flower for all my Sydney florist services and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting wonderful flowers and exceptional customer service. I wish them every success - they certainly deserve it.
