I bought the Chelsea bouquet ($144) as a gift for my mother and the arrangement was beautiful, but some factors made me question the price. ...I bought the Chelsea bouquet ($144) as a gift for my mother and the arrangement was beautiful, but some factors made me question the price. Although the signature bouquets are quite expensive, the size of them are huge, so you get your money’s worth of flowers in that regard. But at closer inspection, I found that some of the flowers weren’t that fresh and looked a bit damaged. Also, when I came to pick up the bouquet at their store, the customer service was quite poor and the staff weren’t that friendly. I felt like they didn’t really want me there. If you didn’t want to pick it up from their store, you’d be looking to pay $12.95 minimum for delivery (it’s more if you want it delivered by a certain time, up to $25 if I’m correct). So be prepared to spend around $160 for their signature bouquets if you wanted it delivered. Overall, it was an okay experience but I do think it was overpriced even even opting for pickup. I will try another florist next time.
I did it all online. No dramas and the deliver was better than the photo online. So I was very happy.

However the owner has contacted me and been very professional and kindly offered to replace the plant which is very appreciated but unnecessary. I would recommend Urban Flowers 😊
