I ordered `Emerald` over two weeks ago and some of the flowers are still fresh. The flowers I sent this time (Neon roses) are also stunning. I ordered both for my mother who has been in two different hospitals. These flowers are extraordinarily expensive - average including delivery would be about $150. I don`t mind because they are so good. BUT. Their service lets them down. On both occasions I made a point to book by 1pm because their website says bookings made by 1pm will be delivered the same day. I wanted that deal as one never knows when the patient will be sent home. Both on the first occasion the flowers arrived late on the next day and so did the second flowers, even after I had put up a review complaining about this.. Don`t make promises you can`t keep. I asked to be rung about this but no call. I wonder if they would then redeliver the flowers at no cost to my mother at home if she had already left hospital? I guess not, .Use this company if time is not of the essence.

I forgot to select the purple rather than the white and sent a follow up email but didn`t really think it would arrive in time or that they would be able to switch the order. That night a lovely lady left a message on my mobile phone to say that they`d been able to switch to the purple and it would still be delivered the next day. This meant a lot to me as I didn`t want my friend to receive a white flower, which would have reminded her of the funeral, but rather a purple bloom to symbolise the future. I ordered before 10am on the day BEFORE the required delivery. I phoned on the day to enquire when the flowers would be delivered, and was told `lunch time` I phoned again around 2pm to enquire why the delivery was still not made and was told, Delivery "COULD BE ANYTHING UP TO 7PM ON THE REQUIRED DAY, BECAUSE I HAD ONLY PAID THE STANDARD $12.95 CHARGE, AND THE TERMS WERE CLEARLY LAID OUT IN THE WEBSITE" I checked!!! It states that the $12.95 will guarantee same day delivery.I requested the flowers to be delivered next day, so it could mean anytime during the day!!!!Also the person I spoke to was certainly not at all helpful, understanding or particularly pleasant. The Birthday surprise to my friend in a Nursing Home in Lockdown, where no visitors are allowed, arrived at 2.30pm, very disappointing.
