Called to discuss floral theme however could not really communicate beyond "bright colours" or "pastels" which was ok I guess but I would have liked some examples of the flowers being included, as well as thematic options (with descriptions) to choose during the online selection process (would not have felt aI needed to call if that was the case). Also it would have been helpful to have an idea of the actual physical size of the different bouquet size options beyond "deluxe" "standard" "amazing" etc, like what do those actually mean in dimensional terms?

I am so rapt, the peace lily was a magnificent specimen, putting my own at home to shame. The turnaround time between me placing an order and delivery to my Mum`s house was within about two hours, so so impressed with these guys! I would have given 5 stars, but I had included a note asking that the plants be “cat friendly” as my daughter has a cat that has been known to chew on plants. The arrangement included Birds of Paradise, (my favorite flower), but is known to make cats sick.I would order from Urban Flower’s again, definitely! I think next time I would call and speak directly to someone to avoid any issues in the future
