Can I suggest a confirmation text when the flowers have been delivered??? My order was supposed to be delivered by 5pm, but my mum didn`t receive them `til 8:45pm!!! I don`t believe this was your fault though... As they were delivered to a nursing home, I think they sat at reception for quite a while. If I had have received a confirmation text, I could`ve made sure the flowers were passed on to my mum a whole lot earlier for her to enjoy. I would happily use your service again. Thank you for helping to brighten my mum`s day in her new home!
