I have not received any advice that they have delivered my flowers which were to be sent to a retirement village and the 90 year old who was...I have not received any advice that they have delivered my flowers which were to be sent to a retirement village and the 90 year old who was to receive them is not capable of telling me that she has / has not received the.Given that I paid over $200 to have them delivered at the latest on Monday I would have expected that I would get a notification of delivery at least and would have hoped that a photo of the actual flowers as delivered could have been provided but I got nothing except the payment receipt and now this survey. I am very disappointed. Contrast this with Glee Books who received an order from me on the same day for delivery of a book to a friend in the Blue Mountains. They advised when it was dispatched and advised today that it had been collected from the PO Box to which it was addressed. That`s service and the amount I spent was considerably less. The recipient in that case also is unable to advise me himself that the book has been delivered / received.I was informed that this was the only florist allowed to make deliveries to the particular nursing home - not sure if this is contract agreement all the time or whether it has come about because of the pandemic but clearly they have this business sewn up.
