The wreath arrangement was lovely, however, in the instructions it was asked the arrangement arrive at 9.30 before the 10 service started. The driver was called and I was informed they were on thier way and would arrive before the service. They did not arrive till 10:10. Thats just not good enough.Would not use them again.

Fresh cut flowers were not able to be delivered to my friend in hospital and the team contacted me to let me know they were putting the delivery on hold and then delivered them once she moved into a regular ward.
