However on the day, there are no communication whatsoever and I am the one who have to initiate first by calling them. Its hard to get a hold of them and the response is unsatisfying saying maybe its with the courier but no follow up. Then I called again, to push them to call the courier or whatever because after 5 pm still no delivery and by that time my significant other had to go home. They offered to call me back, but they didn’t. Luckily, my significant other wanted to wait for 30 minutes, and luckily the delivery man shower up already late. Otherwise, you would have ruined someone else’s special day, and I would give 0 star rating. No initiatives whatsoever.

They left it at a cafe and called my girlfriend and ruined the surprise. She didn’t even start work until 11am. I called them up and the lady told me she would investigate and get back to me. She never called me back.
