Both times I received very friendly and efficient customer service. The bouquet was delivered as promised and the flowers were stunning. My mother-in-law was absolutely thrilled. I have to say, the website is so easy to use, there`s loads to choose from with varying price ranges, and each time I`ve used it the images have truly reflected what was sent. It`s so nice to find a real store where you can call people to ask for assistance and who obviously take pleasure in helping and show great pride in their work.
