I ordered a box arrangement of bright yellow sunflowers as pictured on the website. However, the delivered flowers were distinctly dark brow...I ordered a box arrangement of bright yellow sunflowers as pictured on the website. However, the delivered flowers were distinctly dark brown. They looked dead. Upon contacting Carli I was told they were `chocolate` sunflowers. Regardless of current trends, which I couldn`t care less about, they were not what I ordered and I received no phone call to ask if brown flowers would be ok with me. I have rated this service as two stars: 1 for bad service, and 1 because they did send a replacement bunch of yellow sunflowers as ordered (as they well should!). However, I would not recommend this company nor use them again.
