I ordered online and that went well...my only issue was that they left arrangement outside door...the homeowner was at home and did not hear...I ordered online and that went well...my only issue was that they left arrangement outside door...the homeowner was at home and did not hear door chime nor a knock...it was only when I asked if gift received that I knew something had gone wrong...homeowner looked outside and there it was...this was next day...needless to say I am not happy about that.... arrangement survived and is beautiful..

Although the flowers were fresh and lovely, the design of the flowers that my sister received, in no way resembled the design that I had cho...Although the flowers were fresh and lovely, the design of the flowers that my sister received, in no way resembled the design that I had chosen, as you will see from the photos attached. I specifically chose the Candy design as it was different to a regular bunch of flowers, more like a rounded posy but that`s not what was delivered. I was given some excuse that the design needed to be adjusted due to the Iris flowers but as you will see there are Iris in both bouquets.
