These guys are great! They go the extra mile for sure. My friend who I purchased flowers for was detained in hospital in ICU, and therefore ...These guys are great! They go the extra mile for sure. My friend who I purchased flowers for was detained in hospital in ICU, and therefore the flowers could not be received on the day I asked them to be sent. No problem for Urban Flowers. They took them back to the store and kept them nice and fresh, changing what needed to be refreshed and kept ringing the hospital to find out the status of my friend`s care and when the flowers could be delivered. This delay happened twice. I was not charged one cent extra for all this trouble. They kept me updated with text messages and phone calls. Incredible online and over the phone service. A standard that you don`t get often these days. And the flowers were lovely. Thanks Urban Flowers.

They were delivered on the date requested, and whilst I thought they may substitute due to possible unavailability of flowers for the chosen...They were delivered on the date requested, and whilst I thought they may substitute due to possible unavailability of flowers for the chosen arrangement, I was pleasantly surprised to be told by the recipient that they were what I had ordered. (When she asked what the flowers were....as she isn`t a `garden type` person and wasn`t sure, I sent a pic to her, of what I had chosen, and she said they were exactly that, and were beautiful.) Not living in the same state and therefore not being able to see what was delivered, I felt that the flowers sent may be questionable. In this case the result was good and I am well pleased.
