And the arrangement would not have been put together like that. It probably happened on delivery. But I felt sooo embarrassed when I saw them.

However I didnt get a response that the flowers were delivered until I got in contact with my mum that night as there is a time difference. I have had previous deliveries made before and was notified that the item was delivered to the address. It was just for courtesy. Anyway, thankyou again as mum loved them. Overall you guys a great :)

I have used Urban flower in the past many times & have always been happy.I had been warned the quality has lowered by a family member in the...I have used Urban flower in the past many times & have always been happy.I had been warned the quality has lowered by a family member in the recent past (as all my family use them), but I thought I will use them anyways.I was a little disappointed this time when I received a photo from mum showing what she received. I had asked for yellow to be used (& can say, yes yellow was used). However I didn’t expect the florist not to use their discretion when they saw that the colours they used didn’t work (clearly). They also left huge amounts of gaping ‘holes’ in the lower half of the arrangement.I completely understand they would have been under the pump due to it being a mother’s day order (I am a previous florist in my past career so I really do understand), I just would have expected better considering I opted for the more expensive option thinking that would get me what was pictured.Otherwise, I believe the freshness was good otherwise.

The only thing that I took a star away from was because of the brief choices we get to make. I chose fabulous which was the most expensive option and the description said that the arrangement will include more flowers but what I got was more leaves and only that one type of flower. It was not worth the money. Would recommend to buy from this site and I would use it again but will choose carefully next time.
