Bouquet of 24 roses (Order ID: fzgjirvjf2).My complaint arises from the second order. I ordered the roses in advance for my parent`s anniversary. I am about to go overseas and will be away on that day, so thought a bouquet would be a lovely surprise. They delivered on the wrong day.When I contacted the store, I did get an apology but then Amanda offered to take them back and send out again on the correct day. "Take them back"...seriously...Would you take back flowers from an elderly lady?Now I fully understand that mistakes can be made but, I give 1 star for the response that I was given. Will not be buying online from this store again. Very disappointed!
