Delivery was seamless and I was notified of every step in the process, and sent images or the plant leaving the store and when it was delivered. I felt very well taken care of. The assortment and choice is outstanding, the user experience was very easy and I loved that I received regular updates along the way. The flowers are exactly as pictured on their website and their communication if brilliant. A text is sent showing you what the arrangement looks like and another when delivery is made. The whole process has been seamless each time!I highly recommend Urban Flowers and I will be definitely using them again.
