The flowers were delivered the same day and nicely presented. I liked the pink colours in the sample shown when ordering and hoped our flowers would be pretty much the same. The flowers delivered had mauve roses included which I find depressing. Personal preference. It would be good if there was somewhere you could request more specifically what you want. Not just a sentence saying you use what`s available at the time as a disclaimer. The quality of the roses was good. I think it`s better to order over the phone if possible rather than not getting exactly what you want, especially when you pay over $200.

Super quick turnaround on 2 x bunches of roses (and they were absolutely beautiful as well!). Ordered around 10.30am and the client received them at around 3pm that day. I`ve used Urban Flowers in the past and had the same level of service (as well as an extremely high quality product). Will use them again! 10/10.
