The variety of floral arrangements and gifts is excellent and the value for money is great too. I know I can rely on them to get the order delivered correctly and promptly, since I`m half a world away and need to be sure of good service. My mother has loved every one of the many arrangements I`ve sent. She`s 97 and still going strong and deserves every gift we can send to her! She takes great pride in sending me photos of her latest "Urban Flower Gem". That`s what matters the most!

The parcel arrived exactly when it was due. Not just impeccable service but the quality of the products was exactly stated on the website. The teddy was gorgeous and the exact size stated and the chocolate arrived and was not melted so they must use refrigeration. The oil is beautiful too - my daughter was thrilled. Perfect gift to let someone know you care on a special occasion. Top notch service and outstanding quality products.
