Before the bouquet left the shop we had received a photo of it in the arms of its creator. This was a lovely thought and really helped make us feel involved in the gift giving. We didn`t arrange the flowers ourselves, but we felt as if we had done more than just pay. I have already recommended It and Flower to friends.

Service was exceptional, receiving a photo of the bouquet when it was created and then being notified that the flowers had been delivered was service that I had not received before and is definitely a reflection of their commitment and care for their customers.
