It was out of stock and they sent an email asking if I wanted a substitute.Due to time differences, I did not see the message in time to reply for the delivery.. when they did not hear from me; They emailed me to tell me they picked a substitution and delivered it , so that she would have something on her birthday .Then they offered to exchange the plants when the originall plant I ,wanted came in a day later... If we wanted customer service is beyond any I have ever experienced!This amazing customer service and the beautiful arrangements have made me a customer for life.

I went to the head office and asked about my order which the staff had told me the T&C’s but she went out of her way and had my order prepped straight away. Forever thankful and greatful for her service. As I needed it for a funeral. Thank you urban flowers for your service and beautiful bouquets. I did not take any pics but let me tell you that it’s more beautiful in person.

Furthermore, finding your physical store for pick up was difficult and I would have liked some more detailed instructions on your website, especially given the image of your store on google appears to be on a street corner.
