Having the large gallery available on the landing page immediately got my attention and allowed me to dive straight in.What a brilliant idea to show a person holding the products as this really helped me to determine size. Love it! Also the range and quality of brands of the extra gifts and products is awesome! Great selection of payment options and there was no fuss when processing my order. I received a confirmation right away via email. On the day of delivery I received a text showing an actual picture of the final arrangement (looked just like on the website and again with a person holding it, yay!) along with confirmation of my delivery which was spectacular. This is not something I’ve ever experienced with florists I’ve used in the past. Messages yes, pictures, no. I also received a text once delivered. My friend sent me a picture and it looked absolutely stunning! Overall exceptional attention to detail and wonderful service from start to finish with high quality products. I received a photo of the flowers that were going to be delivered and was very impressed with the work and the quality and how they looked exactly like the flowers I ordered. I got a message from the delivery driver to say that they had delivered them. I was very happy and impressed with the whole experience and would recommend and order through Urban flower again.
