Never mind the photo they sent me of my order, held gently in a lovely ladies hands, showing they were ready for delivery. Never mind that they contacted me personally via text to clarify information needed. Never mind the fact that they went out of their way to deliver them to a completely different address when mum was released early from the hospital and they missed her. The best part? Their website. I tried once, only once to place an overseas order to Sydney from California. It worked. In one try. It was an amazing experience.

I really appreciated receiving a picture in real time of the flower arrangement before they were delivered, which was an unexpected highlight. I will definitely use Urban Flower again.
