The delivery was meticulous and professional, with great attention to detail. The recipient, my niece was very happy with this beautiful arrangement of Flowers. She and hubby said the Rocky Road was decadent as stated, and was quickly gobbled up as it was so scrumptious! The quality of the teddy range is unusual for a florist (which are mostly generic budget bears). Living in Townsville with my family in Sydney, I have engaged florists often. The delivery area is immense. I have never had a florist send me a photo of my mother`s actual arrangement (not a stock photo), held by a smiling worker, telling me it`s ready to be delivered. I appreciated that, as I often worry if the quality matches the online image and if the order will arrive. So, thank you for all of that. My mother was taken back by how exquisite the gift was. I then ordered the exact same thing - with the pig - the next day for a friend`s birthday (still living on a farm), with additional red roses for a more romantic vibe, which was easily accommodated over the phone. You will now be my go-to florist. Thank you.
