The delivery man had difficulty in finding the recipient he phoned me to get her phone number then phoned me back to let me know he had delivered the gift just great service I would certainly recommend Urban Florist very happy.

The flowers were lovely just not exactly what I wanted however, they also spelt my name wrong on the card even after informing them of this before the flowers left for delivery. Neither did I receive to photo before the flowers left the premises. I did email Urban Flowers afterwards of my disappointment however no-one returned a reply.My second time was completely the opposite, and the person taking the order went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. On sending the photo through before the flowers left the shop, she happily swapped out a couple of the flowers to meet my requests.
